Privacy Policy
Effective October 17, 2026. Applies to Provedm for iPhone, version 1.0.
What Provedm can access
| Data | Why | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Calendar events (with your permission) | To show your agenda in the app and widgets, and to add events you create. | In Apple Calendar on your device. Provedm reads it and does not copy it. |
| Reminders (with your permission) | To list, complete, edit and create reminders in the app and widgets. | In Apple Reminders on your device. Provedm reads and changes it only when you ask. |
| Notes you write in Provedm | So you can keep quick notes. | In a file inside Provedm's private storage on your device. |
| Preferences | Which calendars to show and which widget page you were on. | On your device, shared only between Provedm and its widgets. |
What Provedm does not do
- It does not send your calendar, reminders, notes or preferences to the developer or to anyone else.
- It does not use analytics, crash reporting services, advertising or tracking, and it does not use your advertising identifier.
- It does not include third-party SDKs.
- It does not read your contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera.
Your choices
- Permissions. Calendar and Reminders access are optional and asked for separately, only when you use a feature that needs them. Change them any time in Settings > Provedm (or Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars / Reminders). Without access, those parts of the app and widgets stay empty. Notes keep working.
- Choosing calendars. In Provedm's Settings you can pick which calendars appear.
- Deleting your data. Deleting Provedm deletes your notes and preferences from your iPhone. Events and reminders live in Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders, so they remain there; delete them in those apps.
On-device suggestions
On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, Provedm can offer a clearer title or suggest reminders when you save an item. This uses Apple's on-device language model. The text is processed on your iPhone and is not sent to Provedm or to a server. You can always keep what you typed.
Backups and Apple services
Your iPhone may include Provedm's notes in an iCloud or computer backup, depending on your device settings. That is controlled by Apple and you, not by Provedm. Calendar and Reminders may sync through iCloud or other accounts you have set up in iOS. Apple's own privacy policy covers those services.
Children
Provedm collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Provedm adds anything that changes how data is handled, such as optional accounts, this policy will be updated before that version is released and the effective date above will change. The App Store's "App Privacy" details for the app will be updated at the same time.
